A Selection of our Chocolate Shards – if you just can’t decide on one flavour. Each flavour is individually wrapped and presented in a white ballotin box, perfect to share or as a gift.

• SEA-SALTED CARAMEL CHOCOLATE SHARDS – Dark and caramel chocolate with a generous sprinkling of sea-salt flakes.
• RUBY CHOCOLATE SHARDS WITH BERRIES AND COCOA NIBS – Ruby chocolate with its naturally occurring pink colour and flavour of red berries is complemented by a generous scattering of freeze-dried strawberries and Columbian cocoa nibs
• MEXICAN GOLD – 66% DARK CHOCOLATE SHARDS – A 66% dark chocolate with a fruity, spicy flavour. This is single-origin chocolate made from Mexican cocoa beans.
• ROSE AND CARDAMOM CHOCOLATE SHARDS – Our favourite; a blend of milk and dark chocolates infused with rose and cardamom oils
• HAZELNUT PRALINE SHARDS – A cross between a hazelnut truffle and a chocolate bar, studded with whole hazelnuts and sprinkled with crushed roasted hazelnuts. Delicious.

Our milk and white chocolates are gluten free and our dark chocolate is vegan. Whilst we make every effort to avoid it, some cross contamination may be possible due to our manufacturing environment.
