Delivery Terms & Conditions

Delivery

We take great pride and care when creating and making your chocolates and want them to arrive with you in perfect condition. Most of the time we are able to send your chocolates by Royal Mail however some items are more difficult to ship due to possible damage and may therefore require hand delivery. When we receive your order we will notify you if this is the case. Once we have received your order we will aim to process it within 2-3 days and will email you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Please do note that during busy times such Christmas and Easter orders may take a little longer to process. Please let us know if the order is urgent and, if we are able to, we will do our best to speed things up.

Terms of Delivery

We strive to make and dispatch your orders within 2-3 days of receiving them (usually Monday to Thursday) this is simply because we do not want your chocolate sitting in a remote warehouse or hot or cold (weather dependant!) post box over the weekend. Standard delivery is £3.95 which usually takes 3-5 days. If you do need your order earlier please let us know!

Adverse weather conditions

In hot or extremely cold weather we reserve the right to delay your order until the weather has moderated. For urgent orders we will contact you to ask your permission to send during such weather conditions.

Damage & Tracking Parcels

In the event that your chocolate is damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.  Replacements may be sent out at our discretion. If products sent by Royal Mail are not delivered please contact us for details of the tracking procedure. If orders are considered by us to be lost in transit after a reasonable period time has elapsed we shall at our discretion either refund or resend the order.

Delivery Instructions

At the time of ordering please also provide us with a contact telephone number and delivery instructions that may help us with your delivery. This may include leaving your instructions for us to leave your order with a neighbour or perhaps in a specified place if you are not home. We will attempt, if possible to pass any delivery instructions on to our carrier to aid delivery.
