Chocolate is a captivating topic. Who wouldn’t be fascinated to learn all about their favourite indulgence?
You will look at how chocolate is grown, sourced and made, exploring the bean to bar process and trying different chocolate types from all over the world. Then have a go at working with the chocolate; mixing ingredients and essences; piping, dipping and decorating to create your own unique chocolate creations from flavoured shards to decadent truffles to take home (and of course taste as you go!). At the end of the session you wrap up your creations in professional gift boxes, bags and ribbon to take away with you to enjoy, share and show off!
Almost everyone loves chocolate and with its mood boosting properties we have found that chocolate workshops are a great way for everyone to relax and divert focus away from an often busy and intense working week!
Get in touch to discuss your requirements. Whether it’s a corporate celebration, team building event or just an excuse to get together whilst creating something delicious, we will tailor your workshop to suit the occasion.
Alternatively book onto one of our scheduled workshops held here at our Beaconsfield kitchen.
As well as our own workshops we have also been working with schools across key stages 1 and 2 and with organisations such as the Scouts to provide fun and interactive workshops for children.
Our workshops are tailored to the ages of the children and link in with the school curriculum – especially where the children have been learning about the Maya and their love of cacao!
“Workshop week” and “activities day” are also an ideal time to introduce this unique cross curricular experience. We run the workshops at schools to save you travel time and costs and will work with you to fit around lessons and time schedules. All our workshop leaders are all DBS checked and we bring our own equipment which is PAT tested.
